Please allow up to 15 working days for completion of jewellery when thinking of ordering (this is often shorter depending on the season). Pricing All prices are listed at Wholesale Rates and in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Shipping Terms and Conditions Minimum postage per order is $5.50 within New Zealand. This will change depending on the size of the package. We will contact you immediately if the cost will be different. Standard delivery times are 15 working days from payment of goods. Custom requests may take a little longer depending on your requirements and stock availability - we will keep you up to date. There are no guarantees, however, Courier deliveries are on weekdays only and overnight in most areas. All items sent by courier are traceable using a Track n Trace number. Please contact us for this number if your item is not received. Standard envelope post may take 1-2 days. This type of delivery is only allowed when ordering one pair of earrings. All orders are sent wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap in either a gift bag or gift box. IMPORTANT:
