Delivery Times
We will process your order within one business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. Once your payment has been received we will make the design you choose. Please allow 15 working days (however this will often be shorter). We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we pride ourselves on the quality of our work so will only ship it when we are happy with the finished product. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to two days for delivery domestically, or one week internationally.
14 Day Return/Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase from B'Witched Designs Limited. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a credit or exchange (to the same value) - excluding shipping costs. Sorry no cash refunds.
If the goods you receive have a genuine fault, we will repair or replace those goods, free of charge, if they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. This does not include bent Beadalon wire. Excludes shipping costs. Sorry no cash refunds.
Exclusion to this Policy - sorry but for health reasons we do not exchange earrings.
All items must be returned in their original condition as at sending. Any returned showing signs of wear or alterations, will not be accepted. Exchange items will not be sent until the original item has been received back and quality checked.
Exchanges on wedding jewellery will not be accepted after your wedding date.
Please contact us prior to returning any goods.
Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

B'Witched Designs Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, B'Witched Designs Limited shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.
